Medical Reasons

NetNutrition®, a new online nutrition analysis program available now on kudining.com, provides a venue where the eight most common allergen foods (milk, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, soy, peanuts and tree nuts) can be filtered to view which offerings in residential and retail dining areas are allergen-free during a specific meal. Have any questions? Please email Mindy Pendreigh, our NetNutrition specialist.

KU Dining is now purchasing allergen-free food products for those special diet customers living in the residence halls. HyVee has a Gluten Free Club and has agreed to partner with KU Dining to share allergen demonstration dates and new allergen-free product information for products being stocked in their local store. For questions concerning gluten-free information sharing within the KU campus residence hall community, please contact GSP unit manager and Barb Wilson, D.T. (Dietary Technician).
