U-Shape: tables arranged in a rectangle with one end open; allows participants to sit around a conference table and interact face-to-face and view a presentation.
Exhibit: tables with chairs set along the perimeter of the room, with ample space in the center for interaction among participants. Islands of tables and chairs may be added if more exhibitors are expected.
Rounds of 8: round table set with 8 chairs for catered meals or discussion groups.
Crescents of 6: round tables, can seat up to 8, but remove 2 chairs with back to the front of the room.
Tables of 6: 30" x 6' tables with 6 chairs, maximum efficiency for dining space.
